Beta
Glucanase
– An enzyme capable of hydrolyzing beta glucans. Used in baking, brewing,
food processing, animal feed, and dietary supplements.
Protease – An enzyme capable of hydrolyzing protein to peptides and
amino acids. Used in pet food and flavor manufacture.
Xylanase - An enzyme that hydrolyzes xylan. Typically used in food
processing, animal feed, and dietary supplements.
Pectinase – An enzyme capable of hydrolyzing fruit pectin. Typically used in fruit juice production. (Studies show effectiveness in ruminant animals)
Lipase – An enzyme capable of hydrolyzing fats and oils. Typically
used in animal feeds and dietary supplements.
Cellulase – An enzyme capable of hydrolyzing cellulose. Used in food processing, animal feed, dietary supplements, and other food grade applications.
Enzyme Descriptions:
Each enzyme has a specific property it works to break down. When combine
into each Di-A-Zyme product we utilize the right amounts of each enzyme
in-order to break down given feed rations.
All Di-A-Zyme products contain a unique formula. Some of the basic enzymes
used are: Amylase, Cellulase, Lipase, Pectinase, Xylanase, Protease, and
Beta Glucanase.
Cuprem’s Di-A-Zyme products are continuing to grow at a fast rate. Our Di-A-Zyme products are designed to enhance the digestive process by breaking down the feed to maximize the animal’s nutrient use. To do this we use a professionally developed formulation of enzymes. Cuprem’s formulation uses specific enzymes that are known to work in aiding digestion of specific feed stuffs. Many successful tests have been conducted to show the benefits of using enzymes in feed rations. Some benefits include: lengthening the digestive tract, increasing bone structure, improving lean meat ratios, and accelerated antibiotic absorption. Having run these tests it’s easy to see how every producer could benefit from feeding Cuprem Di-A-Zyme products.
Amylase – An enzyme that works at a higher pH and temperature range. Used in baking, brewing, dietary supplements, animal feed, and other food grade applications.
